Senior BI Developer

The Role

PRAL is hiring a Senior BI Developer for on-site work in Islamabad to build enterprise BI dashboards, data models and real-time reporting.

•Design, develop and maintain enterprise BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau and Apache Superset •Design and implement scalable data models and semantic layers to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics •Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions and analytical data models •Contribute to the design and implementation of the enterprise Data Warehouse and real-time reporting solutions •Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and reporting •Integrate and analyse data from multiple enterprise systems using platforms such as Kafka, Flink and ClickHouse •Design and support real-time and near real-time dashboards for operational monitoring and decision support •Present analytical insights, executive dashboards and strategic reports to senior management •Ensure BI solutions are scalable, secure and optimized for performance •Administer Tableau Server and Oracle Analytics Server including user management, security, scheduling and monitoring •Support high-availability BI environments through upgrades, maintenance and performance tuning
