The Role
Pakistan Software Export Board is hiring a Creative Lead (PPS-8) on a contract basis to create graphics and visual content for digital and print media.
•Develop graphics, layouts and designs for digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, magazines and corporate reports •Create visual content for branding, marketing campaigns and promotional materials •Ensure consistency and alignment with the branding guidelines and visual identity •Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas •Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects •Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts •Design marketing collaterals, brochures, social media posts and annual report presentations •Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Management Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in professional graphic designing, animation, caricature or related work
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Typography, MS Office, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Creativity
•3% annual increment depending on KPI achievement and overall performance
