The Role
Fatima Steel Mill Limited is hiring a Manager Electrical for its Steel Melting Shop at the Plant Site, Sanawan.
•Ensure preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of Steel Melting Shop equipment, induction furnaces and Continuous Casting Machine •Manage HT/ LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, drives, PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives and instrumentation •Diagnose electrical faults, conduct root-cause analysis and oversee installations, modifications and commissioning •Optimise power consumption and manage departmental budgets, critical spares and inventory •Lead electrical teams and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other departments

12+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the steel industry, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within an SMS or steel manufacturing facility
