The Role
Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex/ KGMC Peshawar and its constituents invites applications on contract basis, extendable up to 03 years. Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.
•Assess staffing needs and prepare the recruitment planner •Execute recruitment and selection processes aligned with policy •Coordinate in the selection and promotion process •Deal with day-to-day HR affairs, HRMIS and training and development •Ensure timely and smooth disposal of assigned tasks

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Human Resource Management
At least 02 years of HR experience in a reputed hospital/ health care industry in a public/ semi-autonomous/ autonomous/ private sector organization
