The Role
Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) invites applications for a PR Liaison (Grade-8) on contract, to serve as PDA's primary interface with the press and to host podcasts and interviews for Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP).
•Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media houses, keeping the press regularly updated on PDA activities •Receive and distribute PR packets comprising text and imagery to the media in accordance with the PDA Media Governance Policy •Host and appear in podcasts and interviews recorded at PDA for Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP) and other content output •Attend PDA meetings and events as the communications representative on the ground •Direct and supervise photographers at meetings and events •Act as the routing point for incoming media inquiries in accordance with the Media Governance Policy

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies
Minimum 4 years of experience in media, journalism, public relations or corporate communications; an established network of press contacts in Pakistan; sound understanding of government communications and protocol
