The Role
FF Steel is seeking a Head IT Analyst to lead IT analysis, system improvements and software quality assurance at its Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
•Lead IT analysis, system improvements and software quality assurance activities •Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications •Maintain system documentation and oversee software testing and release processes •Supervise IT analysts and QA engineers to ensure timely project delivery •Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives •Monitor KPIs, track project progress and report updates to management •Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile methodologies and SQA standards •Utilize testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman and Jira for quality assurance and defect tracking

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
- Masters
3+ years of IT analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Business Process Mapping, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Communication, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Jira, Agile, SDLC
