The Role
EY's Valuation, Modeling and Economics (VME) team seeks a Manager to help clients with strategic planning, transaction and non-transaction decision-making, value creation and valuations.
•Work with management on parts of acquisition processes and transformation plans and regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities •Make technical contributions to valuation client engagements and internal projects •Research and analyse target businesses, their industries and quoted companies operating in the sector •Plan, prepare and review valuation and financial modelling deliverables •Create a positive learning culture for junior team members and support their development

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
At least 6 years of related business valuation work experience, including multiple business valuations (DCF, guideline public companies and precedent transactions methods), purchase price allocations and complex financial models; understanding of IFRS standards on fair value measurement, business combinations and impairment testing Preferred: Valuation and modelling experience in a professional services/ Big 4 environment; progress towards CFA or other certification; understanding of the GCC/ MENA market; Arabic language skills
