The Role
Provide advanced technical support to end users, manage and maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure efficient troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
•Provide prompt front-line support for desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, escalating complex problems when necessary •Track and document support tickets for prompt and accurate resolution •Install, configure and maintain desktop hardware including PCs, laptops, printers and scanners •Ensure software installations and updates are performed efficiently •Work with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues and share knowledge •Visit remote/ offsite locations to address IT-related issues •Perform any other task assigned by the Manager IT

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Information Technology, Computer Engineering
At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
Troubleshooting, Networking, Hardware and Software Support
