The Role
EY is strengthening its Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis (PBFA) capabilities across the MENA region and seeks a Senior/ Supervising Associate to support the Service Line PBFA Lead in financial planning, performance reporting and analytics.
•Support the Service Line PBFA Lead in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning •Analyze large datasets for insights on revenue, profitability, utilization and margins •Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards and presentations for leadership review •Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and forecasting •Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks and opportunities •Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements •Collaborate with Finance, Experience Management, Talent, Markets and GDS teams to ensure data accuracy •Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business finance, commercial finance or financial analysis; experience with large datasets and performance analysis Preferred: Experience in a professional services, consulting or multinational environment; exposure to automation and AI-enabled reporting
Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Financial Modeling
Professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA or CIMA is preferred
