The Role
Flow Petroleum is hiring a Deputy General Manager for Logistics & Operations at its Corporate Office in Lahore.
•Oversee terminal/ depot operations, including product receipt, storage, handling, stock movement and dispatch, ensuring operational continuity and achievement of performance targets •Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating with relevant departments to resolve operational issues •Monitor inventory reconciliation, stock accuracy, product loss/ gains and throughput performance across terminals and depots •Investigate abnormal product loss, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize loss and optimize inventory management •Lead strategic planning, team performance and cost optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining safety and service standards

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Supply Chain Management, Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution management, preferably within OMCs
