The Role
FF Steel is seeking an Officer HR-T&D (Training and Development) for its Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
•Identify training needs and skill gaps through Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in coordination with departmental heads •Assist in preparing the annual training calendar and budget •Coordinate and organize internal and external training sessions, workshops and employee orientation programs •Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and post-training evaluations •Support employee learning, career development, leadership and competency-building initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration
- Masters: Business Administration
Relevant experience in HR, particularly Training and Development Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing organization
Preferred: SAP B1, MS Office
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 60,000- 75,000/ month
