The Role
Haier Pakistan is hiring an OQC Lab Engineer (P2) for testing and reliability at its Raiwind Road, Lahore facility.
•Lead OQC lab testing of finished goods, including reliability, safety, performance, endurance and functional tests •Review test results, identify failures, conduct root cause analysis and prepare performance reports •Collaborate with QA, R&D, Production, Maintenance and NPI teams to resolve product issues and validate design changes •Ensure equipment calibration, maintenance, documentation and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards •Train technicians, ensure SOP and safety compliance, implement 5S and maintain accurate testing records

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Product quality testing experience, preferably in a home appliances quality lab environment
