The Role
Lead the Retail Banking Group's institutional sales and employee banking business, including payroll, salary disbursement and corporate employee banking propositions.
•Develop and execute the overall strategy for Institutional Sales and Employee Banking to achieve business targets •Drive acquisition of new institutional clients for Payroll, Salary Disbursement and Corporate Employee Banking propositions •Work closely with Product, Branch Banking and Consumer Assets teams to design customized Employee Banking propositions •Ensure deep cross-sell of all retail banking products within the acquired institutional base •Build and maintain strong relationships with all the C-level executives of target institutions •Lead the team to create a robust pipeline of institutions from Public Sector, Private Sector and MNCs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Banking
- Masters: Business Administration, Banking
15 years of commercial banking experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership relevant role Preferred: Islamic banking experience
