The Role

Manager- Sales & Operations Planning to lead the S&OP process at Burque, Karachi.

•Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between all departments, driving end-to-end synchronization across commercial and non-commercial functions •Analyze sales trends, demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimize product availability, distribution efficiency and financial performance •Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans •Drive data-driven decision-making through performance analytics, forecasting accuracy and operational insights •Monitor inventory health, stock coverage and replenishment cycles to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory •Facilitate monthly S&OP review meetings with management to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Masters: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration

Required Experience

Relevant experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain or S&OP roles, preferably within FMCG, distribution environments, Logistics, Telecom and others

Skills

Strong business acumen, Data-driven mindset, Financial literacy, Digital proficiency, MS Office

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•MBA/ Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university or CSCP (APICS) is preferred
