The Role

Deputy General Manager for the Al-Shifa Nationwide Outreach Camp (ACCO) based at Rawalpindi, driving daily outreach field operations aligned with institutional eye care goals.

•Drive daily outreach field operations aligned with institutional eye care goals •Direct, mentor and evaluate multidisciplinary teams (ophthalmologists, optometrists, admin staff and volunteers) •Lead the execution of School Eye Screening Programs in assigned areas, liaising with local social workers •Maintain administrative links with hospitals and track outreach target achievements •Oversee routine field expenses, maintain financial records and ensure proper maintenance and cost-effective use of medical equipment •Maintain relationships with community partners and donors and manage staff discipline and daily operational assignments
