The Role
Assistant Manager Finance (AP & Operations) at JazzSure Insurance, Karachi, managing accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, payments and insurance claims-related financial processes.
•Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, booking, approvals and timely vendor payments •Conduct vendor reconciliations, resolve outstanding balances and address payment-related queries •Review and process insurance claims payments, ensuring complete documentation and appropriate approvals •Work closely with Claims and other internal teams to facilitate timely claims settlements and payment processing •Ensure compliance with company policies, approval matrices and tax requirements, and support month-end closing and financial reporting •Contribute to automation and process enhancements and maintain strong financial controls

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Accounting
3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting functions; hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, payments and reconciliations Preferred: Insurance claims accounting and payment processing
Accounts Payable, MS Excel, ERP Systems, Analytical Skills
•CA Finalist, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
