The Role

Assistant Terminal/ Depot Manager at Puma Energy Pakistan for the Machike/ Daulatpur terminal, overseeing daily terminal operations.

•Oversee daily terminal operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures •Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements •Monitor Capex/ Opex budgets and support cost optimization initiatives •Supervise depot staff and ensure adherence to operational standards •Conduct regular inspections to identify improvements in safety and operational efficiency •Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly gain and loss reports for petroleum products and fuel inventory •Reconcile product receipts, sales, transfers and closing stock to identify inventory discrepancies with ERP •Analyze product losses and gains during receiving, storage, handling and dispensing operations

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
Masters: Business Administration, Operations Management

Required Experience

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in terminal/ depot operations, preferably within an Oil Marketing Company (OMC)
