The Role
Store Manager for the Knits Dyes & Chemicals Store, Knit Processing Mills, at Sadaqat Limited, Faisalabad.
•Establish testing protocols to ensure the quality, purity, strength and consistency of dyes, pigments and auxiliaries •Optimize laboratory and bulk dyeing recipes to improve RFT rates and reduce chemical consumption and costs •Troubleshoot chemical-related production defects, shade variations and color fastness issues •Ensure compliance with ZDHC MRSL, OEKO-TEX, GOTS and REACH standards •Identify opportunities to minimize chemical waste and implement sustainable technologies •Evaluate chemical suppliers, review TDS/ SDS and recommend alternative products •Monitor chemical storage, compatibility, shelf life, inventory and consumption •Coordinate with production, quality, laboratory and EHS teams to improve process efficiency •Monitor departmental KPIs, including chemical consumption, costs, vendor performance and laboratory efficiency •Prepare performance reports highlighting quality, efficiency and improvement initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Chemistry
- Masters: Chemistry
8 to 10 years of experience in dyes and chemicals management within a textile dyeing, processing or manufacturing environment
Dye Chemistry, Textile Auxiliaries, Chemical Testing, Color Kitchen Operations, Chemical Inventory Management
•Certification in ZDHC Chemical Management, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other chemical compliance standards
