The Role
Deputy Manager Electrical & Instrumentation at the Matco manufacturing facility, FIEDMC, Faisalabad.
•Lead and manage E&I operations, maintenance and troubleshooting •Ensure maximum plant availability, reliability and electrical safety •Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities •Manage instrumentation, PLC/ SCADA, control systems and related automation •Lead E&I projects, modifications, installations and commissioning •Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and company SOPs •Manage E&I manpower, contractors, spare parts and maintenance budgets •Coordinate with Production, Projects, Utilities and other departments for smooth operations •Drive energy efficiency, continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

10- 12 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering
10-12 years of relevant E&I experience, preferably in the process/ manufacturing industry
Electrical & Instrumentation, Power Grid Station, PLC, VFDs, Automation, Leadership, Troubleshooting, Analytical Skills, Communication, Decision Making
•E&I/ Automation expertise preferred
