The Role
Permanent senior leadership role within the Research & Evidence Practice, driving the growth of OPM's foundation partnerships and portfolio of work. The position can be based from OPM's offices in Ethiopia, Kenya, India or Pakistan (Islamabad).
•Develop and drive OPM's strategy for growing its portfolio of work with philanthropic foundations •Identify, develop and manage a strong pipeline of foundation-funded business opportunities, from early engagement through to bidding and conversion •Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within priority foundations •Position OPM as a strategic partner ahead of formal procurement processes •Represent the foundation partnerships portfolio to OPM's Senior Management Team •Raise the organisation's profile within the philanthropic foundation community

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Substantial experience working within a major philanthropic foundation or in a senior role managing strategic relationships and partnerships with philanthropic funders; demonstrable track record in business development and income generation with philanthropic foundations and other institutional funders
