The Role
Permanent Industrial Relations Manager position at British American Tobacco in Akora Khattak.
•Act as the primary contact for all Industrial Relations matters, including employee welfare and facilities •Support HRBP- SC throughout CBA negotiations and help conclude them on a win/ win basis. Ensure all agreed efficiency targets and initiatives are included •Keep Management and CBA updated on trends and changes in labor legislation and provide mentorship for timely compliance •Ensure timely compilation of Workers Annual Assessments and lead & manage all in-house training & education programs for workers by liaising with OSDM & Head of Departments •Arrange forums or seminars to update line managers on labor laws/ policy, ensuring fair and equitable handling of employee issues •Continuously inform CBA members about Company Plans, efficiency initiatives, and future objectives •Apply different sourcing channels appropriately and manage the selection and assessment processes for workers, apprentices, and junior-level recruitment •Assist HRBP in producing relevant management information by analyzing sourcing data and suggesting appropriate actions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Management
Five to six years of experience negotiating labor agreements in an industrial setting and solid understanding of labor legislation
