The Role

Senior Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs at Hamdard Pakistan Head Office, Karachi, leading legal and corporate affairs strategy.

•Lead legal and corporate affairs strategy, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance and business alignment •Manage corporate legal matters, including contract drafting, review and negotiation •Oversee litigation and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel •Provide legal advice to senior management on regulatory, compliance and emerging legal risks •Manage the company's intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.) •Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance •Implement risk management strategies to mitigate legal exposures
