The Role

Internal Audit Executive for the factory and finished goods warehouse (FGWH) at Peridot Products (Pvt) Limited, Karachi Site Area.

•Conduct physical stock counts (daily, monthly and surprise checks) •Verify physical stock quantities with ERP/ system records •Identify and report shortages, excess quantities and stock variances •Ensure 100% alignment between physical stock and ERP/ system stock •Ensure proper batch-wise inventory management •Verify strict compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) policy •Check that Delivery Challans (DC) reflect correct batch numbers •Confirm that no expired or old batches remain undispatched without valid justification •Review and verify Gate Pass (GP), Delivery Challans (DC) and Stock Transfer Notes (STN) •Ensure all dispatches are properly recorded in ERP •Identify system posting delays and coordinate with IT and warehouse teams for timely rectification
