The Role

Field Officer Urban at the Greenstar Karachi Regional Office, supporting the setup and operation of clinics in urban slum areas.

•Assist in identifying, mapping and assessing potential sites for the establishment and refurbishment of clinics in assigned urban slum areas •Support the identification, assessment and engagement of potential healthcare providers •Facilitate site visits, verification, documentation, agreements and follow-up on required approvals •Assist in monitoring construction and refurbishment activities against approved designs, BoQs and timelines •Provide support to clinic providers during the initial operationalization of clinics and commencement of services •Conduct regular field visits to monitor clinic functionality, service delivery, client footfall and sales •Assist in the placement and installation of clinic furniture, equipment, supplies and IEC materials •Support community engagement and coordination with local stakeholders to promote clinic services •Maintain updated records of site assessments, approvals, construction progress and clinic operations •Compile and submit field updates, work plans, timesheets and expense statements to the Provincial Coordinator •Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
