The Role
Site Supervisor (Grade 07, Regular) overseeing school building construction projects. 2 positions: District Bhimber, AJK and Gujrat, Punjab.
•Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities of school building projects, ensuring smooth execution as per approved drawings and specifications •Supervise and coordinate the site workforce, including civil and MEP labour contractors as well as skilled and unskilled daily-wage workers, according to project requirements •Monitor work quality, progress and adherence to safety standards, ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety protocols •Prepare and submit daily and monthly progress reports, including site photographs and updates on work milestones •Inspect and verify materials delivery, quality and storage, ensuring proper stacking, safety and security of all site resources •Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including attendance sheets, stock registers, material usage logs and inspection reports •Prepare and submit site expense statements and bills for approval in a timely manner •Coordinate with the Construction Projects Officer to resolve on-site issues and support smooth project execution

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Civil Engineering Technology
- Professional Bachelor: Civil Engineering Technology
Minimum 4 years with DAE (Civil)/ 2 years with B. Tech (Civil) of position related work experience
Building Construction Knowledge, Construction Drawings, Construction Materials Knowledge, Field Testing of Building Projects, Communication Skills, MS Office, Progress Report Writing, Photography
•The candidates must own a bike having a valid driving licence •The local candidates shall be given preference
