The Role
Project Incremental Staff post on contract basis, initially for one year (extendable on satisfactory performance), with the City Implementation Team (Bahawalpur) of the DREAMS-1 project, Local Government & Community Development Department, Punjab.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Economics, Development Studies
Minimum 8 years of work experience in monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance of reform projects; knowledge of best practices, laws and policies on design and implementation of M&E frameworks and assessment of development projects is essential Preferred: Preferably minimum 3 years of work experience in similar development reform projects; experience in the development sector and with international donor organizations
Monitoring & Evaluation, M&E Systems
•Graduate or preferably postgraduate in Economics, Development Studies or a relevant discipline
