The Role
GO is hiring an Area Manager- Sales and Marketing for Gujrat to deliver fuel, lubricants and non-fuel business targets and manage retail outlet operations in the assigned territory.
•Deliver sales, volume, margin and profitability targets for fuel, lubricants and non-fuel businesses within the assigned territory •Manage retail outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, inventory control and overall site performance •Conduct HSE audits, ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all assigned sites •Handle site management activities, including leases, agreements, NOCs, reporting and coordination with regulatory authorities and stakeholders •Drive network expansion and optimization through market analysis, site performance improvements, allied business development and network investment/ divestment decisions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Marketing, Business Administration
4 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail operations or territory management Preferred: Experience in the OMC, FMCG or retail sector will be an advantage
