The Role
TheHiring.pk's client, a leading diversified group of companies, is seeking an experienced Risk Advisory Manager in Lahore to manage risk advisory activities across its FMCG business, identifying financial, operational, compliance and business risks while strengthening internal controls and supporting effective risk management.
•Identify and assess key financial, operational and business risks •Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks •Review business processes to identify control gaps and recommend improvements •Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards •Conduct risk assessments across different business functions and operations •Coordinate with internal audit, finance, compliance and other stakeholders •Prepare risk reports, dashboards and management presentations •Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions •Support management in strengthening governance and internal control systems •Lead and mentor the risk advisory team

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Masters: Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration
•7-10+ years of experience in Risk Advisory, Risk Management, Internal Audit or related functions within the FMCG industry (FMCG mandatory)
