The Role
Liberty Mills Limited (textile industry) is looking for a Manager- Industrial Relations based in Karachi to manage industrial and employee relations matters.
•Manage day-to-day industrial and employee relations matters •Handle labour disputes, grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and misconduct cases •Maintain effective relationships with workers, labour unions, and CBA representatives •Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, standing orders, wage regulations, and statutory requirements •Coordinate with factory management on workforce discipline, attendance, productivity, and employee issues •Support negotiations with unions/ CBA and assist in collective bargaining matters •Conduct investigations and ensure timely resolution of employee grievances •Maintain proper documentation and records relating to industrial relations and labour matters

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration
- Masters: Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration
8-10 years of relevant experience Preferred: Preferably in the textile/ manufacturing industry
Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Negotiation, Communication, Conflict Resolution, People Management
•Strong ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
