The Role
Mathematics Specialist (Curriculum Development Specialist- Mathematics) in TCF's Schools Program Management department, Karachi (permanent), developing curriculum resources, assessments and digital learning materials that strengthen mathematics teaching and learning.
•Develop instructional materials, including textbooks, teacher guides, worksheets and supplementary resources in English and Urdu •Design formative and summative assessments aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes •Create e-learning content and teacher support resources to strengthen content knowledge and classroom practices •Research emerging trends, pedagogical approaches and best practices in mathematics education •Collaborate with graphic designers so instructional materials are visually engaging and aligned with learning objectives •Work with curriculum, assessment, teacher development and digital learning teams on curriculum initiatives •Support curriculum mapping, resource development, pilot implementation and continuous improvement projects

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Mathematics
Preferred: 2-3 years in teaching, training or curriculum development
