The Role

Senior Officer- Credit Operations (OG-II/ OG-I) in NBP Operations, reporting to the Wing Head- Credit Business. Places of posting: Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Karachi, Larkana, Mirpur Khas, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Sahiwal and Sukkur.

•Open loan accounts and execute disbursements in the core banking system per sanctioned advice, DAC approvals and Bank policies •Coordinate with Relationship Managers for missing information, corrections or clarifications before disbursement and maintain accurate credit records •Manage daily loan account transactions, including markup billing, instalment recovery and rebate calculations •Monitor post-disbursement activities such as repayment schedules, insurance renewals, collateral revaluations and document expiries •Issue balance confirmation certificates and bank statements and process cheque book requests •Generate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS, operational reports and daybooks and conduct periodic reconciliations of loan accounts •Handle LTFF/ ERF processing and SBP-related documentation and coordinate adjustments with Business Groups •Facilitate issuance and management of LCs/ BGs, including claims handling, BG surrender intimation and coordination with the Centralized Trade Factory •Provide operational support for settlements, payoff calculations and general customer loan service •Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s)
