The Role
Processing Officer (OG-III/ OG-II) in NBP's Retail & Program Lending Division (Risk Management) in Karachi, reporting to the Chief Credit Officer and providing administrative support to the divisional head.
•Manage the Divisional Head's calendar, daily office operations and all correspondence with full confidentiality •Prepare, track and file approval notes, memos and regulatory documents for timely sign-off and audit-ready record keeping •Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems •Coordinate staff logistics including IT equipment, stationery, seating and meeting arrangements •Track, reconcile and report all divisional expenses in line with financial policies and approved budgets •Support hiring workflows and maintain records on attendance, leave balances and performance review cycles •Liaise with internal departments, Head Office secretariats and external stakeholders on behalf of senior divisional management •Collaborate across executive offices and undertake ad hoc assignments •Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s)

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
- Masters: Any Discipline
Minimum 2 years of banking experience, of which 1 year in a similar role and/ or support function
MS Office, Communication, Time Management
•Contractual employment for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management
