The Role
Pakistan Machine Tool Factory is hiring an Executive Business Intelligence (Technical) in Karachi to analyse production performance, costs and operational data and report to management.
•Analyse production plans versus actual output, machine capacity, downtime and bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce waste •Evaluate production costs, material consumption, rejection and rework in coordination with Production, PPC, Quality and Finance •Develop manufacturing dashboards, track company-wide KPIs and monitor transformation and automation initiatives (BMRE, CNC shop, heat treatment) •Validate operational data, analyse root causes of performance gaps and present exception reports with recommended actions to management

2- 3 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering
2-3 years of experience in production planning, industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, process improvement or production MIS Preferred: Exposure to CNC machining, engineering workshops, quality management or ERP/ MRP systems
Advanced MS Excel, Power BI
Preferred: CNC Machining, Quality Management, ERP/ MRP Systems
