The Role

Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Procurement to lead procurement operations, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and maintain quality, transparency and timely delivery of goods and services.

•Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations and purchase orders •Identify, evaluate and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier network •Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms and delivery schedules •Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, approval procedures and audit requirements •Coordinate with user departments to understand material and service requirements •Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery timelines and contract compliance •Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize procurement risks
