The Role
ChildLife Foundation is looking for a technology leader at its Head Office in Karachi to lead the implementation, integration, optimisation and continuous improvement of EMR/ HMIS and healthcare applications.
•Lead EMR/ HMIS implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment and maintenance •Drive integration with ERP, laboratory, pharmacy and other healthcare applications •Ensure system reliability, data integrity, user adoption and operational efficiency •Manage EMR/ HMIS vendors, consultants, licenses and system enhancements •Lead EMR projects, upgrades, change requests and new feature rollouts •Drive AI-enabled analytics, predictive reporting and digital health initiatives •Ensure data governance, security, privacy and responsible use of AI

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Computer Science
5- 7 years of relevant experience
EMR/ HMIS, Healthcare Workflows, System Integration, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Health
