The Role
ChildLife Foundation is hiring a Communications Manager at its Head Office in Karachi to build donor relationships and lead fundraising proposals, campaigns and donor reporting.
•Identify, engage and build strong relationships with corporate, individual and institutional donors •Develop and submit fundraising proposals and sponsorship packages •Maintain and update donor databases and track donation history •Pursue funding opportunities from individuals, businesses and corporates, mainly in Pakistan •Prepare donor reports, impact reports and presentations •Support and manage fundraising campaigns and initiatives (e.g., Ramadan campaigns, special appeals) •Coordinate donor meetings, corporate visits and engagement events •Share organizational communication materials and impact updates with donors •Plan and manage fundraising events, including coordination and follow-up •Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration
5- 7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, donor management or grant management
