The Role

Fly Jinnah is recruiting Cabin Crew through an Open Day in Karachi (October 2026) to act as the airline's ambassador and provide excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle (contract role).

•Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality for assigned flights and attend pre-flight briefings •Instruct passengers on safety procedures and ensure their safety and comfort at all times •Identify safety and security risks and take remedial action with the Cabin Supervisor in line with SOPs •Administer first aid to passengers where necessary •Report irregularities and malfunctions promptly to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew and Captain •Welcome passengers, assist in boarding formalities and enter data into the aircraft logbook •Provide excellent customer service by attending to passengers' pre-bookings, requests and needs •Promote on-board meals, products and charity services to maximise on-board revenue •Handle cash and card payments for sales and donations securely •Carry out pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency, catering and other equipment •Ensure orderly handover/ takeover of the cabin to/ from catering, cleaning and maintenance staff •Carry out post-flight briefing and assessment reports •Maintain professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent and emergency procedures trainings
