The Role

Master Group of Industries is hiring two Showroom Sales Executives for its furniture showroom in Lahore to welcome customers, understand their furniture and interior needs, recommend products and convert visits into sales.

•Welcome and professionally engage customers visiting the showroom •Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget and space requirements •Present and explain furniture products, features, materials, finishes, dimensions and pricing •Recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions based on customer needs •Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information •Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process •Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp or other channels •Convert walk-in customers and leads into confirmed sales •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets •Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers •Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, delivery and installation teams •Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups •Keep the showroom clean, organized and visually appealing with up-to-date product and price information •Stay informed about new products, promotions, offers and company policies •Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate when required •Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends
