Senior Consultant/ Manager- HR Operating Model & Service Delivery Transformation

The Role

EY People Consulting is seeking an HR Transformation professional in Karachi with strong experience in HR operating model, service delivery, shared services and process transformation, to help clients redesign how HR services are organized, governed, delivered, measured and enabled through technology.

•Design HR target operating models, including HR business partner, centers of excellence, shared services, employee relations, payroll, talent and HR operations constructs •Develop HR service delivery models, service catalogs, tiering models, governance structures, role charters and interaction models •Conduct current-state assessments of HR processes, organization, technology, service delivery, pain points and maturity •Facilitate client workshops to define future-state HR capabilities, operating principles, process ownership and service management requirements •Support transformation roadmaps, business cases, transition plans, capability building plans and implementation planning •Align operating model design with enabling platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft 365, Viva, Copilot, workflow tools and analytics solutions •Support HR shared services, GBS, employee experience, knowledge management, case management and process standardization initiatives •Contribute to proposals, client presentations and EY HRT assets related to operating model and service delivery
