The Role

PKIC is hiring a Senior Officer for its Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) department at its Head Office in Karachi, to manage portfolios of new and existing corporate clients across the South region and facilitate debt financing.

•Manage portfolios of new and existing corporate clients across the South region •Identify and engage potential corporate clients, understand their financing requirements and facilitate debt financing opportunities •Develop financing proposals and obtain in-principle and firm approvals, coordinating with the Risk Management Division and seeking Executive Committee approval where required •Manage reviews and renewals of existing proposals and ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled •Coordinate post-approval documentation for client onboarding •Conduct regular client calls and site visits for credit monitoring and ensure timely repayments •Contribute towards liabilities growth through onboarding clients for Certificates of Investment (COIs)
