The Role
EY Rapid Innovations in Karachi is hiring an Associate/ Senior to work with the MENA Assurance Leadership Team, supporting leadership decisions and project management for special projects and providing analysis and insight that impacts business performance.
•Support leadership decisions and project management for special projects that contribute to achievement of business objectives •Provide analysis and insight that impacts business performance after gathering all necessary information •Support successful change initiatives •Build strong internal networks to share good practice and other relevant information •Reach out to people at all levels of the organisation across geographies to gather required information •Create leadership presentations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration
Preferred: At least 4 years of proven work experience in a strategic, business analyst/ support role; Big 4 or business consulting experience
