The Role

Ideas (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing in Karachi to lead the creative team, manage the brand's social and digital platforms, and plan and deliver campaigns, launches and the Ideas Café community.

•Lead the creative team in ideating, producing and publishing standout content across all Ideas social and digital platforms •Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts, including content calendars, posting, community engagement and performance •Build the Ideas Café community online and offline, from social engagement to menus, flyers, standees and in-café promotions •Partner with category teams on campaigns, launches, packaging and marketing initiatives •Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches and special projects from concept to delivery •Own budgets, including approvals, vendors, spend tracking and reporting, and show the results delivered •Keep teams and stakeholders aligned so ideas are delivered on time and on brand •Set priorities, coach the team and keep raising the bar on quality and creativity

Bachelor 16 Years: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications

Required Experience

5-7 years in digital marketing, social media, content, brand or campaign management, ideally in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, hospitality or e-commerce; proven experience managing brand social media accounts, including growing audiences, driving engagement and reporting on results; experience leading creative teams and managing projects, budgets and multiple stakeholders
