The Role
Ideas (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an Officer- Gents Fabric in Karachi to coordinate export shipment packing and documentation, municipal tax payments for branches and vendor work.
•Coordinate with internal teams and packing vendors to ensure timely completion of export shipments •Monitor packing schedules and ensure compliance with export standards and timelines •Verify packing details, including quantity, weight, labelling and related documentation •Coordinate and follow up on local municipal tax payments for company branches across Pakistan •Maintain tax records, payment schedules, receipts, approvals and related documentation •Liaise with municipal authorities and visit relevant offices for tax and compliance-related matters •Prepare and maintain export shipment documents, invoices, packing lists and supporting records •Coordinate with vendors for backlit board installation, maintenance and related activities •Follow up on vendor work progress, timelines, bills and supporting documents •Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, Branches and other relevant teams to ensure timely completion of requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Commerce
1-2 years of relevant experience Preferred: Knowledge of compliance, taxation and administrative processes will be an advantage
Microsoft Excel, Documentation
