The Role

Ideas (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a 3D Visualizer in Karachi to produce realistic 3D models, renders and walkthroughs for retail outlets, store fit-outs, restaurants and other commercial projects.

•Develop high-quality, realistic 3D models, renderings and visual presentations for retail outlets, store fit-outs, restaurants and other commercial projects •Convert architectural drawings, CAD plans, elevations, sections, sketches and design concepts into detailed 3D models •Produce high-quality renders, walkthrough animations and 3D presentations •Apply realistic materials, textures, finishes, colours, reflections and lighting to achieve photorealistic results •Apply knowledge of materials used in retail and restaurant fit-outs, including wood, laminates, metals, glass, stone, tiles and decorative finishes •Apply understanding of natural and artificial lighting, including ambient, accent, display and task lighting •Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, furniture placement, material specifications and design details •Ensure final renders accurately represent the approved design concept and intended site conditions
