The Role

Roche is hiring a Patient Journey Partner in Karachi to act as the main point of contact between healthcare stakeholders and Roche, supporting the appropriate use of Roche products and improving patient access.

•Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche •Take responsibility for Roche's products through their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, including sharing their merits with HCPs •Maintain disease landscape understanding and product knowledge •Partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and deliver value for patients and the community •Raise awareness of disease diagnosis •Conduct HCP education on pre-approved and post-approved products •Support patients' access to available funds (e.g. PBM/ SSP and others) •Communicate proactively with HCPs on PSP •Co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem as a system thinker •Report incidents/ accidents immediately to the SHE department and complete all required online and face-to-face trainings •Own SHE goals as individual goals •Identify, collect and immediately report all safety information on Roche products to the Local Safety Responsible •Maintain electronic and physical records as per the Local Core Map policy
