The Role
EY Karachi is hiring a full-time Associate in the Corporate Responsibility team supporting EY Ripples, EY's global corporate responsibility program, to execute the Ripples strategy in Pakistan and engage employees in Ripples activities.
•Execute strategies to enhance EY Ripples' impact on communities and stakeholders •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements •Plan, coordinate and track Ripples initiatives in Pakistan; gather data, monitor progress, prepare updates and support stakeholder engagement •Engage with external partners, NGOs and community organizations to drive social impact •Prepare reports and presentations on progress and outcomes of corporate responsibility initiatives •Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements related to corporate responsibility and sustainability •Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote CR initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Science
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Science
1-2 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment Preferred: Familiarity with corporate responsibility best practices in Pakistan and the MENA region; experience in a professional services environment or large organizations
