The Role
EY-Parthenon is hiring a Strategy Manager for its Banking Strategy & Execution platform in Karachi, working with Partners and senior banking executives across MENA on growth, transformation and execution priorities.
•Lead engagements and workstreams for priority MENA financial services clients on growth strategies, commercial transformation and operating model enhancements •Develop go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, value propositions, revenue growth plans, sales effectiveness programs and AI-enabled growth initiatives •Drive operating model transformation: redesign operating models, improve cost and productivity, optimize distribution and coverage models and simplify service delivery •Advise on open banking, embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service, platform propositions, ecosystem strategies, digital transformation, AI adoption and Supply Chain Finance •Translate strategy into execution through program mobilization, executive stakeholder management, steering committee engagement, implementation oversight and value realization tracking •Counsel junior team members

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration
5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, financial services, fintech or related transformation environments; experience delivering strategy, transformation, operating model, commercial excellence, digital, AI or growth engagements in banking
Strategy Consulting, Stakeholder Management, Banking
Preferred: Arabic Language
•Willingness and ability to travel across the MENA region as required
