The Role
EY is hiring a Senior Associate/ Supervising Associate in Karachi to support the Service Line PBFA Lead in financial planning, performance reporting, analytics and business insights across the MENA region.
•Support the Service Line PBFA Lead in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning •Analyze large datasets for insights on revenue, profitability, utilization, margins and other key indicators •Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards and presentations for leadership review •Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, forecasting and strategic decisions •Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks and opportunities •Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements across the service line •Collaborate with Finance, Experience Management, Talent, Markets and GDS teams to ensure data accuracy •Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancements and automation initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business finance, commercial finance or financial analysis Preferred: Experience within a professional services, consulting or multinational environment; exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting and advanced analytics
Financial Modelling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Data Analysis
•Professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA or CIMA preferred
