The Role
EY-Parthenon's Valuation, Modeling & Economics (VME) team in Karachi is hiring a Manager/ Senior Manager to support clients' strategic planning, transaction and non-transaction decision-making, value creation and valuations.
•Focus on commercial issues and work with management on acquisition processes or transformation plans •Undertake valuations for strategic priorities and agree value measurements with clients •Make technical contributions to valuation engagements and internal projects, including research and analysis of target industries and quoted companies •Plan, prepare and review deliverables including Excel data books, written reports and presentations •Create a positive learning culture, coach junior team members and participate in upward feedback

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
At least 6 years of related business valuation work experience, including multiple business valuations (DCF, guideline public companies and precedent transactions), purchase price allocations, complex financial models (including debt financing) and feasibility studies Preferred: Valuation and modelling experience in a professional services/ Big 4 or similar environment; progress towards CFA or other certification; understanding of the GCC/ MENA market
