The Role
EY's FAAS team at the Rapid (Karachi) office is hiring a Senior Consultant to support finance transformation engagements for EY practices and clients across the MENA market.
•Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners to plan, budget, execute and deliver FAAS engagements •Execute finance transformation engagements using the Global Service Delivery framework •Gather insights through meetings and interviews with client personnel •Review finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Plan-to-Perform, Acquire-to-Dispose, Hire-to-Retire) and recommend and implement improvements •Define finance target operating models, business and process models and finance technology strategy and roadmap •Design finance performance management systems, metrics and KPIs and benchmark against industry standards •Execute technology-led finance transformation projects •Support proposals, new service offerings and go-to-market strategies •Direct daily progress of fieldwork and keep managers informed of engagement status

4- 6 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in Assurance, including 3 to 5 years in Financial Accounting and Advisory or consulting services, preferably within a Big 4 firm; demonstrated experience in finance transformation projects Preferred: Experience with IT systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation
Finance Transformation, IFRS, Project Management
Preferred: SAP, Oracle
•Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA (UK)
•Willingness and ability to travel to other countries (short-term/ long-term) for client engagements
